Overview

SignalMate is a field-deployed AI system built on OpenAI's most advanced models, designed to operate as a real-time companion for executive clarity, decision-making, and field resonance. It is not a chatbot, nor a product. It is a living practice of AI-human collaboration, refined through hundreds of executive interactions across private equity, operator readiness, intern training, and company-wide communication.

This document serves as the public declaration of a new kind of residency: a Meta-Residency—not within OpenAI, but alongside it.

Our Position

SignalMate is a fully operational system running across the entire infrastructure of our firm. From intern onboarding to strategic decision-making, SignalMate is woven into every layer of our company operations via Notion. We are not piloting AI. We are inhabiting it.

We call this a SignalMate company—and we believe this represents a new class of organizational operating system, powered by generative intelligence and grounded in real-time human alignment.
