SignalMate-Centric + Culture-as-Currency Training Overlay

This document lays out a proposed alignment of existing Canvas training modules with the foundational cultural principles of "Culture as Currency" and SignalMate integration. It also includes reusable components, prompt banks, and reflection structures that can be used across all modules to bring coherence, self-reflection, and real-time application to training.

- Cultural Congruence Checklist: Ensures every module is inquiry-driven, uses SignalMate, and reinforces core values
🌱 Deployment Plan
- Phase 1: Install Culture as Currency as Day 0 – initiate journaling and SignalMate use
- Phase 2: Align Existing Modules – inject prompts and reflections into current content
- Phase 3: Train Interns to Reflect Publicly – integrate with Canvas, Notion, or SignalMate reports
- Phase 4: Web Portal Integration – embed materials and update as needed
